Setting and Gameplay Loop
POST INCident takes place on a devastated Korean island overrun by zombies and other monsters. Operating from a refugee camp base, players venture out into altered locations such as towns, construction sites, power plants, and a township office to gather supplies and tackle assignments.
Combat incorporates both firearms and melee weapons, supported by movement mechanics like sliding to evade threats. As players defeat enemies and explore, they earn experience, compare equipment bonuses, and develop distinct combat builds.
Cooperative Missions and Camp Management
Players can embark on expeditions solo or form teams of up to four players. Cooperative play spans six distinct zones and dedicated boss rooms accessed by taking assignments from the field liaison in the camp, with entry depending on level and progression milestones.
Between runs, players interact with camp survivors to accept quests and advance their stories. The base also provides facilities to store supplies, dismantle unwanted equipment, purchase items, and access an auction house.
Account Options and Online Features
The game supports guest play as well as Google account sign-ins. Guest progress is stored strictly on the local device, meaning clearing app data or uninstalling the title will remove saved data, and guest accounts cannot access in-app purchases.
An active network connection and an account sign-in are required for multiplayer cooperative missions, auction house functionality, and cloud saves. The title is free to download and includes optional rewarded advertisements alongside in-app purchases.
